APC Vehicle for transporting troops and supplies, will carry less cargo than the Cargo Truck, and less people than the Dropship, but will be armed and has a damage bonus against air units. Also has amphibious capabilities.

Along with the gunship (main aircraft) the APC is one of the most basic and necesary vehicles, it can have an antiaircraft role as well as a infantry fighting vehicle.
